What is Baobab Forte?
An orange-flavoured powder preparation to be mixed with liquid, combining baobab and several fibres. The current formula contains 10 sticks of 10 g, with 4.8 g of fibre per serving.
Is Baobab Forte simply baobab powder?
No. Baobab pulp is at the heart of a formula that combines several complementary fibres, which is precisely what makes it different.
Inulin and oligofructose provide the prebiotic dimension. Pectin, konjac and polydextrose complete the fibre blend. Acerola, vitamin C and orange flavour enrich a formula designed to become an enjoyable daily routine.

How long does one box last?
One box contains 10 sticks: enough for 10 days at one stick a day or 5 days at two sticks a day. For 30 days, plan for 3 to 6 boxes.
How should I prepare it?
Pour one stick into 200 ml of water or a drink of your choice, such as orange juice. Mix thoroughly and consume within 2 to 5 minutes. Then drink another glass of water.
Should it be taken before meals?
As part of a weight-loss approach, Greenway recommends consuming Baobab Forte 20 to 30 minutes before a meal.

Baobab Forte combines fibres including inulin and oligofructose, which belong to studied prebiotic families. Prebiotics nourish certain microorganisms; probiotics are live microorganisms. The formula contains no added probiotic cultures.
Does Baobab Forte contain sugars or sweeteners?

What precautions should I follow?
The product directions prohibit use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and in cases of individual intolerance, diarrhoea, acute inflammatory disease or intestinal obstruction.
